We are Kate Boorer & Fiona Pearman, and we have dedicated years empowering women to transform their life and careers. Together we wrote and published the Core Confidence book in response to hearing so many working women in our Leadership programs regard confidence as one of their biggest hurdles in their career progression.
Cultivating Executive Presence requires a deep sense of confidence within ourselves. In the past, people focused on Executive Presence as an external phenomenon and focused on what to say, how to say it, and what to wear.
In our experience, Executive Presence is all about the inner game - the more clarity and alignment you have internally, the easier it is to fully show up as yourself anywhere, anytime. This conscious alignment creates a psychological certainty in who we are and how we express ourselves.
There is really no such thing as ‘faking it’. Practically, this means that our presence and how we communicate and interact with others is 100% our authentic selves.
